Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.americanathletics.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item (in new condition please) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.

We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please be sure to check the fit and comfort of your purchase before wearing.

Please do not place postage or write on manufactures shoe box, otherwise a $5.00

re-boxing fee will apply.

You may ship the unworn merchandise back to us within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you choose to exchange an item, you will be charged an additional shipping and handling of $6.99 for one pair and $8.99 for more than one pair.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be received, processed and appear on your credit card statement.

Note: If the item being returned needs to be exchanged make sure to include the style number of the item, size and color desired. We recommend that prior to doing the exchange check our web site or call 1-888-248-2571 to make sure the item is still available.

Custom Orders

Custom returns will not be given full credit.  Shoes are made specifically for you.  This embroidery application is done once you place your order.  Please be sure of size and color before ordering.

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless an error has occurred when filling your order
